Privacy Policy

Learn how bldhub manages, processes, and protects your personal, business, and project information in compliance with global trust standards.

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE

Meraki Architecture LLC (operating the platform "bldhub", and hereinafter referred to as "bldhub", "we", "us", or "our") operates the web-based software-as-a-service platform located at bldhub.us (the "Platform"), alongside all associated modules, services, databases, and visualization tools. We handle data protection with the utmost professionalism and are committed to maintaining the trust and confidentiality of our community.

This comprehensive Privacy Policy applies directly to all registered and unregistered users of the Platform, regardless of their role or access credentials, including but not limited to Property Owners seeking design inspiration and estimates, Developers and General Contractors (collectively, "Contractors") listing credentials and placing professional biddings, and Licensed Real Estate Agents or affiliates (collectively, "Agents") utilizing referral registries and affiliate dashboards.

For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and global regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Meraki Architecture LLC serves as the primary Data Controller for any personal information harvested directly through platform interactions. Please note that this policy governs only data processed via the bldhub.us domain and direct API endpoints. It does not apply to third-party services, websites, or external integration links hosted on our Platform, which independently govern their own data usage policies.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect various categories of data depending on your direct interaction with the Platform. This includes both information provided directly by you during active platform participation and technical information compiled automatically.

A) Information You Provide Directly

To operate our matching marketplace, we require specific profile inputs relative to account roles:

  • Property Owners: We collect your full legal name, active email address, contact telephone number, postal codes corresponding to proposed project sites, and specific project criteria.
  • Developers & Contractors: We compile formal corporate entity designations, professional digital handles or websites, verified business email channels, states or jurisdictions where you maintain licensed operating credentials, official contractor state license numbers (CSLB or equivalent agency files), general liability and worker’s compensation insurance details, specialized construction capabilities, and corporate logos.
  • All Users & Profile Metadata: We collect password hashes, security credentials, active biographical details, and any associated profile custom elements.
  • Project Design Assets & File Uploads: We collect, stage, and process raw CAD files, blueprint representations, vector and raster images, structural schema files, municipal reports, property surveys, land files, and detailed PDF project listings uploaded to the platform.
B) Information Collected Automatically

As you traverse our interface, we utilize automated diagnostic services to gather standard logs: device signature details, browser type, operating system characteristics, global Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, regional localization datasets, system latency logs, referring/exit website pathways, and comprehensive click paths. All operational data transactions, authentication events, and user triggers are securely archived using Firebase and secondary cloud backend infrastructure logs.

C) Payment Information

bldhub is committed to maintaining top-tier security for commercial transactions. bldhub does not physically store, hold, compile, or transmit raw credit card details, primary banking lines, or financial routing numbers on its databases. Instead, all payments are managed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance structures. To support accounting and database accuracy, bldhub retains only the resulting Stripe transaction IDs, credit pack purchase histories, corporate credit balance ledger sheets, active credit allocation records, and standard billing addresses for state/municipal tax evaluations.

D) AI Visualizer Data

Our advanced 3D visualization module harnesses the Google Gemini API to permit users to generate conceptual three-dimensional renders. We collect other descriptive text prompts, uploaded source illustrations, draft boundaries, and layout coordinates designed to feed the model. All processed reference files and final architectural renders are archived and linked directly to your active account profile. Under our dedicated business API agreement with Google, prompts, design templates, and images submitted through our enterprise pipeline are NOT stored or utilized by Google to retrain public models.

E) Agent Referral Data

For our Real Estate Agent network, we record unique Agent referral IDs, program onboarding files, referral generation sequences, contractor bidding activity loops linked to referred projects, and detailed referral commission payment schedules.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We employ your information solely for robust functional and commercial purposes necessary to provide the bldhub matchmaking service:

  • Operating and maintaining the multi-tenant portals tailored for physical Property Owners, Contractors, and Real Estate Agents.
  • Processing and rendering complex three-dimensional visualizations via our Google Gemini enterprise cloud integrations.
  • Powering the public marketplace bidding matrix and establishing a programmatic gateway for Owners to securely discover Contractors.
  • Enabling Stripe ledger checks, tracking purchase flows, and updating credit package allocations on Contractor profiles.
  • Verifying stated Contractor licensure records and insurance pools to preserve platform safety and legitimacy.
  • Logging unique Realtor code conversions, calculating real-time affiliate rewards, and generating referral statements.
  • Sending essential transactional updates, platform updates, and critical security and terms revisions.
  • Combating marketplace fraud, detecting fake credentials, correcting bid rigging, and addressing harmful user behavior.
  • Optimizing network mechanics, patching bugs, analyzing system trends, and executing performance upgrades.
  • Fulfilling regulatory, statutory, and tax compliance requirements, in addition to responding to subpoena inquiries.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not commercialize or expose user information outside of transparent, operational avenues.

A) With Other Users (By Design)

The Platform functions to dynamically match Property Owners and Contractors. When a Property Owner formally publishes a project details file, design outlines, or Gemini-generated 3D renders onto the public matching pool, these elements, project locations, and associated details naturally shift visibility to verified Contractors. In contrast, Agent referral codes and commission ledger lines are processed entirely within the platform's closed database, remaining completely shielded from other users.

B) With Third-Party Service Providers

We share data under strict, bounded contractual relationships with enterprise suppliers:

  • Google Cloud & Gemini API: Prompts, layout guidelines, and project models are processed on Google Cloud infrastructure in accordance with enterprise data protection agreements.
  • Stripe Payments: Customer transactional profiles, billing data, and active checkout flows are processed directly through Stripe under their independent privacy policies and PCI compliance audits.
  • Firebase Hosting & Databases: User login credentials, primary database files, bid matrix sheets, and project storage files are strictly hosted, managed, and served on Firebase (Google Services).

Users are strongly encouraged to review the distinct, public Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of Google and Stripe, as they represent independent software conglomerates.

C) For Legal Compliance

bldhub reserves the legal right to disclose collected data when required by law enforcement, official governmental agencies, subpoena requests, state regulatory agencies, or when such actions are deemed necessary to safeguard the integrity of bldhub, protect user safety, investigate marketplace collusion, or resolve corporate security risks.

D) Business Transfers

In the event bldhub undergoes a corporate merger, enterprise acquisition, asset transfer, or a reorganization, user database assets will naturally qualify as a corporate asset and will be transferred to succeeding legal entities, provided that appropriate notifications are displayed.

E) What We Do NOT Do

We explicitly clarify: We do NOT sell, lease, rent, or monetize your database profiles with third-party brokers. We do NOT share your active contact sheets with marketing conglomerates, nor do we redistribute Contractor credentials to external registries beyond verification checks.

5. DATA RETENTION

bldhub holds distinct retention timelines according to the nature of the data:

  • Active Account Data: Your profile data is dynamically kept inside Firestore database clusters for as long as your account is maintained.
  • Upon Account Destruction: If a user requests complete profile closure, all direct personal identifiers (including email, telephone numbers, and profile names) are permanently deleted or fully anonymized.
  • Pseudonymized Historical Log Files: Subcommitted bidding records, public estimates, credit transaction rows, ledger balances, and joint venture contractual outlines are retained indefinitely. These are locked in safe, pseudonymized structures for bookkeeping compliance and legal audits.
  • AI Visualization & Renders: Render outputs connected to public marketplace projects are retained in our promotional libraries per visual licenses granted under the platform's layout parameters.
  • Stripe Transaction Logs: Stored data fields on Stripe nodes follow the legal retention periods enforced by banking, tax, and card processing regulations in the United States and state law.
6. DATA SECURITY

We employ sophisticated security systems to protect our workspace, including HTTPS/TLS encryption channels handling all data transmission.

Firebase Security Rules and IAM permission gates govern structural queries entering our Firestore nodes and custom storage folders. Uploaded Contractor license dossiers, general insurance validations, and corporate paperwork are placed into highly locked Firebase Storage folders accessible only to authorized administrators under strict supervision. Financial transactions are isolated entirely onto Stripe's network.

bldhub executes automatic check routines to ensure that files are verified before storage. However, we acknowledge that web security is never absolute. bldhub disclaims any absolute guarantees and cannot assume liability for system breaches occurring beyond our reasonable operational control.

In the event bldhub confirms a security breach resulting in unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, your personal information, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay, and in accordance with applicable breach notification timelines under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable state and federal law. Notification will be delivered via the email address associated with your account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, and will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of information involved, and recommended steps you may take to protect yourself.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We respect user agency over personal files and provide robust tools to exercise your statutory rights.

A) For Texas Residents (TDPSA)

In accordance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), eligible Texas consumers possess the following enforceable rights:

  • The right to confirm whether bldhub is actively processing your personal data.
  • The right to access and extract copies of the processed datasets compiled by our system.
  • The right to request immediate correction of inaccuracies discovered within your database records.
  • The right to request deletion of direct personal details across active directories, subject to legal archiving exemptions.
  • The right to opt-out of the processing of personal data for the purposes of targeted profiling, advertising, or data sales (we do not sell data).

To formalize any of these consumer requests, please contact our Texas legal channel at legal@bldhub.us.

B) For California Residents (CCPA Awareness)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California citizens have the right to request comprehensive disclosure regarding categories of personal information gathered, processed, shared, or transferred within the previous twelve (12) months. bldhub does not sell your personal details, and we guarantee zero discrimination regarding pricing, interface access, or speeds if you choose to exercise your rights.

C) For International Users (GDPR Awareness)

For European Union and United Kingdom citizens traversing our services, we process information solely upon the following lawful bases: performance of our marketplace matching contract, balancing our legitimate business interests, and ensuring legal compliance. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you hold the right to seek data rectification, data erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to profiling. Please direct GDPR compliance inquiries to our technical counsel at legal@bldhub.us.

D) All Users

Regardless of your origin, all users maintain direct control to modify or update their account parameters at any time via the profile settings panel, remove projects, deactivate services, or withdraw processing authorizations where processing is consent-based.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

bldhub addresses commercial matching and design rendering for adults. We do not permit registration, use of tools, or profile tracking for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, compile, or process information from minors. If our administrative team becomes aware that any minor under 18 has registered an account, we will act immediately to terminate the profile and erase all associated details. Parents or legal guardians who learn of unauthorized registrations are requested to notify us at legal@bldhub.us immediately.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & INTEGRATIONS

Our matchmaking portal displays external links to business records, Contractor portfolios, LinkedIn handles, and third-party resources.

Bldhub is not responsible for the privacy practices, tracking features, or data collection systems deployed on external domains. Users interact with other platforms at their own discretion and are advised to verify the privacy policies of Google, Stripe, and any auxiliary services connected to their workspace.

10. AI DATA & GENERATIVE OUTPUTS

Inputs, textual descriptions, photographs, reference sketches, and design coordinates provided to generate 3D renders are processed through Google's cloud systems via the Gemini API.

Under our active enterprise licensing agreement, Google does not harvest or retain these files or inputs to train their public models and consumer systems. Renders are strictly preserved within your unique account archive and project workspaces.

Property Owners own a non-exclusive license to share and use their visual output as bidding elements, while we reserve the visual rights to publish publicly-posted project images to feature on our marketing galleries in accordance with our terms of service.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Meraki Architecture LLC retains the right to modify or adjust this Privacy Policy at our discretion to match changing privacy regulations and platform expansions.

Material updates to our policies will be communicated via top banners in the matching dashboard or dispatched directly to registered user email channels. Bldhub will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days of notice before any altered policies go into full effect. Your continued traversal of the Platform past the effective date constitutes agreement with the revised scope.
