Thejesvini founded Meraki Architecture in 2022, a Plano, Texas based firm serving clients across Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Illinois. While working closely with homeowners and developers, she noticed a common challenge. Most clients did not know where to begin when starting a construction project. From choosing between a design firm or contractor to understanding licensing, insurance, pricing, and project planning, the process often felt overwhelming.
She also saw contractors struggling to find quality leads without spending heavily on marketing platforms. This led her to cofound bldhub, an AI powered platform focused on making the preconstruction journey simpler, more transparent, and more efficient for both clients and contractors.
Today, she continues to focus on improving how people plan, design, and start construction projects through technology driven solutions.
Suresh brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience to bldhub. Over the course of his career, he has led the development and scaling of enterprise platforms across multiple industries, combining strategic vision with a strong focus on execution. His work has consistently centered on building systems that improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and deliver measurable business value.
In 2022, Suresh joined the leadership team at Meraki Architecture LLC and entered the AEC industry, bringing with him decades of experience in technology and operations. He quickly recognized many of the inefficiencies that impact project delivery and has since focused on improving communication and coordination between clients, design teams, and contractors.
As a co-founder of bldhub, Suresh is helping shape a more transparent and connected preconstruction experience. He believes technology should simplify complexity, support better decision-making, and stay out of the user's way. His goal is to create tools that make the building process more efficient, predictable, and accessible for everyone involved.
